Nancy Phaneuf, president of NPR Development, has been involved in commercial real estate for nearly 20 years. She established NPR Development specifically to serve business owners in the Tampa Bay region.

Ms. Phaneuf has been a long-time leader in the commercial real estate industry. As a broker, she helped established the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) chapter in Tampa Bay. As development manager for EastGroup Properties, a NYSE-traded REIT, she directed the construction of 750,000 square feet of office and industrial space.
