NPR was selected to manage the entire project: from site selection, to architectural design, through permitting and construction. The 25,000-square-foot HFS Tampa Building is now complete and fully occupied. It features a 2,500-square-foot showroom that will be open to the public, displaying all HFS products; the balance of the facility is dedicated to the office and warehouse components for the Tampa branch.
This building is the new home for HFS and a prototype for this Deerfield Beach-based company with offices throughout Florida and the Carolinas.
HFS Tampa had two challenges: they had outgrown their Tampa branch, so they needed something larger.
And they wanted to attract retail traffic, which meant they needed a more prominent location
HFS (Home Furnishing Solutions) specializes in flooring, countertops and exterior surfaces.
