Palm River North Service Center is one of three buildings at Palm River North Corporate Center. The 20-acre site offers office and distribution space for lease.

The 20,000-SF service center building was designed for the 4,000-7,500 SF office users that also required a warehouse component. 

EastGroup Properties, a NYSE REIT, wanted to expand its presence in the Tampa market.

NPR Principal Nancy Phaneuf selected the site for EastGroup as the next location in their East  Tampa portfolio.

NPR conducted the site acquisition and due diligence for the project.

Once the building was completed NPR arranged the leasing.
