Premier Beverage had outgrown their Tampa facility and was considering merging their Orlando distribution center into a new location in Tampa.
NPR Principal Nancy Phaneuf met with the Premier management team just as they were considering their options for this larger venture.
Nancy found an ideal location in Riverview that matched all of the operational criteria Premier had wanted.
Nancy presented the opportunity to own this project to EastGroup Properties. With EastGroup on board, Nancy proceeded to conduct the site due diligence, prepared the design specifications and preliminary cost estimates and conducted the lease negotiations. NPR then served as project manager for the 8-month construction period.
Premier Beverage signed a 10-year lease for the 222,000-SF office/warehouse facility on 19 acres; the building can be expanded by 130,000 SF.
