Canadian Bank Note (CBN) was considering relocating their plant from Providence, RI to Florida.
CBN required 10,000 SF of office and 38,000 SF of air conditioned printing/shipping/warehousing area.
NPR Principal Nancy Phaneuf met the CBN site selection team at the Walden Distribution Center and showed them the option for a 50,000-SF build to suit on land that EastGroup Properties had reserved for future development.
NPR acted as the owner's representative in presenting the lease proposal, preparing the interior construction design and costing and negotiating the lease document. NPR also assisted in the project management for the construction, which included extensive structural, air conditioning and electrical requirements.
Walden Distribution Center Building 100 was developed for Canadian Bank Note's North American production facility.
